Summary the advantages of the Pneumix Automatic Injection Systems :

• The small volume shot pot is only used for dosing and NOT as daily inventory hopper . The shot pot is mounted on 3 highly accurate loadcells. This results in a accuracy of dosing of 99,99% . (other designs using large day inventory hoppers with heights of 6 mtr. or taller as dosing pressure vessel are also mounted on loadcells. This height will have effect on accuracy because of influences by wind . In the visualization of the display this might not be shown but filling steps of 100 gram (such as the PAIS) , will not be possible on such a large vessels.
• Smart design eliminated the amount of (moving) parts such as valves. This resulted in a minimum of service and downtime. (other suppliers talk about low service frequency of a metering valve but forget the service of the complete unit, Pneumix likes to be more realistic and honest and advises simple service to be performed by refiner on scheduled base depending on the output)
• Full automatic and simple to program addition software. Just the daily injection rate and amount per shot should be entered and the rest will be fully controlled and adjusted by software. Also circumstances which can be of influence to the injections beyond the loader will be adjusted with the very advanced smart logic software. The PAIS units can be either controlled locally or via MODBUS in the control room. (or both)
